Digital Products Refunds And Cancellations Policy
Before purchasing a digital product (our E-Guides or Webinars) please be aware that you are buying a digital PDF download of an Ebook or access to a pre-recorded or live webinar.
E-Guides’ Refunds And Cancellations Policy
- Unfortunately, the E-guide type of product cannot be refunded or cancelled once the order has been placed unless it is faulty.
Webinars’ Refunds And Cancellations Policy
- Unfortunately, pre-recorded webinars cannot be refunded or cancelled once the order has been placed unless it is faulty.
- For live webinars cancellation must be made at least one (1) day in advance and in writing via email ([email protected]) and will be honoured as follows:
– Webinar registration fees are refundable if submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled webinar time.
– In the case of a webinar series/bundle, cancellation must be received no later than 24 hours before the first scheduled webinar.
– If you cannot attend the webinar and the cancellation deadline has passed, a recording will be available here.
– If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a webinar is cancelled by Seed SistAs, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible after the cancellation.
