Lime Flower Soothing the Soul Meditation

Welcome to this Soothing the Soul meditation 

Soothing the soul with support of the Lime Blossom or Tilia tree 

Find a gentle graceful sense of serenity 

To prepare for the meditation get completely comfortable, lying down, wiggling your body and encouraging any areas of tension to release.  Get yourself feeling warm, cozy, snug and secure. 

Make sure you will be undisturbed. 

You will be encouraging the body to completely let go, encouraging the removal of tensions in the body and releasing stuck circular thought patterns so that the mind can be soothed. 

Have your journal prepared for making any notes at the end. 

Your affirmation with the lime tree is 

“I allow a sense of serenity and equilibrium to flow through me”
