This meditation is intended to quieten your mind and invites you to put any anxieties down, and to gently drift deeply asleep. You can play this each night to send you off to sleep. You will find the download link at the bottom so that you don’t need to be logged in to play this meditation.
Get completely ready for bed – teeth brushed, water by the bedside, comfy space….maybe a few drops of lavender essential oil diffusing. You may want to have your Bedtime Milk as you complete the beginning part of this nightly meditation writing exercise
Have your ‘to do’ notebook and your reflections journal nearby.
Take a deep, full breath and get all those stresses out in writing onto the paper.
Write down lists of anything you think needs attention.
Write about anything important you are concerned about, remembering to get it out of your head and into print so that you can clear your mind completely and prepare to relax and release into blissful sleep.
Note down anything that is bothering you.
Make your lists for tomorrow and for the coming days.
Get them all out on paper
Now is the time for you to completely clear your mind for sleep and invite a positive affirmation into this practice.
