When the heavens move and shift, we often feel a loss of control over events. Mercury in retrograde always sends me into a flap about travel. Full moons blow my sleeping patterns out of sync and new moons often see my mood darken.

Mugwort named after Artemisia the Moon Goddess is a herb of the Moon and Venus, having a strong effect on our third eye centre. Helping us to dream and follow our dreams.
Elderberries are wonderfully immune boosting and protective, perfect for the transition into the darker times. As a holder of deep mysteries, Elder can create a space for slowing down, introspection and healing. When we look inwards, pertinent wisdom can arise.
As a soothing respiratory herb, Mullein both supports and protects delicate respiratory tissue, thus aiding with breath and also the movement of Prana or life force wherever there is dryness or constriction in the body. Mullein’s velvety softness quiets the emotional, physical and spiritual bodies, counselling profound listening.
Fennel seeds are deliciously sweet, a Mercurial plant of air and inspiration. Fennel supports our delicate nervous system, soothing any spasms in the physical body, which in turn brings about gentle balance to more subtle bodies, uplifting us and gifting striking inspirations.
